SnapToSheet is operated by Martello Systems, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use snaptosheet.com.

Files you upload: PDF files are processed entirely in server memory and are permanently deleted immediately after your converted file is delivered. We do not store, log, or retain any content from your uploaded files at any point.

Email address: If you provide your email address to access additional free conversions, we store that email address. Providing an email is optional for your first free conversion.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

Usage data: We collect basic, anonymized usage data (page views, conversion counts) to improve the service. This data contains no personally identifiable information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve the SnapToSheet conversion service
• Send you product updates, tips, and improvements to SnapToSheet
• Inform you about related services offered by Martello Systems, LLC, including business automation and workflow services
• Process payments and manage your account
• Respond to support requests

3. File Privacy — Our Core Commitment

We understand that bank statements and financial documents are sensitive. Our system is designed with privacy as the default:

• Files are processed in RAM only — never written to permanent disk storage
• Your PDF is deleted from our server the instant your converted file is served
• We have no technical ability to retrieve your file after conversion completes
• No file contents are logged, analyzed, or used for any purpose
• All transfers use HTTPS encryption

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Service providers — who help us operate the service, under strict confidentiality agreements
• Law enforcement — if required by applicable law

5. Data Retention

Email addresses are retained until you request deletion. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@snaptosheet.com.

6. Your Rights

7. Children's Privacy
