Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of SnapToSheet (snaptosheet.com), operated by Martello Systems, LLC. By using SnapToSheet, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

SnapToSheet converts PDF documents into CSV or Excel format. The service is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee perfect conversion results for all PDF formats.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SnapToSheet only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Upload files you do not have the right to process
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits through automated means or multiple accounts
• Share your login credentials or account access with any other person
• Allow multiple individuals to use a single account simultaneously
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers
• Upload malicious files or attempt to exploit the service

Account sharing: Each paid plan is licensed for use by a single individual. Sharing login credentials is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund. We monitor for concurrent sessions and other indicators of account sharing.

3. Free Tier and Paid Plans

Free tier users receive 3 conversions at no charge, with additional conversions available through social sharing. Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. One-time conversion packs do not expire.

You may cancel your subscription at any time after the first completed billing month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. We do not issue refunds, including for partial months or unused conversions. One-time conversion packs are non-refundable. If you have a billing issue, contact us at hello@snaptosheet.com and we will work to resolve it.

4. File Privacy

Files you upload are processed in memory and permanently deleted immediately after conversion. We do not access, store, or use the contents of your files for any purpose. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property

SnapToSheet and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Martello Systems, LLC. You retain all rights to documents you upload and convert.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SnapToSheet is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce perfectly accurate results for all PDF formats.

7. Limitation of Liability

Martello Systems, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SnapToSheet. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Martello Systems, LLC is registered.
